Justin Hartman, Broker/Owner
Justin Hartman is a native Montanan with family roots in the prairies of eastern Montana and open skies of central Montana.
Justin graduated from CMR High School in Great Falls where he played football and basketball for the Rustlers where he won state titles in both sports. Football took him to the University of Montana for a couple seasons where he played for the Grizzlies, and ultimately ended up in Dillon, MT where he finished his academic and athletic career at the University of Montana-Western.
Justin and his wife Sarah call Dillon, MT home and are the parents of 3 children. Justin got his real estate license in 2007 and has been serving customers in the state of Montana is all aspects of real estate since. Justin does a good amount of personal investing in the residential and commercial industries, and is also part owner of a family ranch in eastern Montana.
All of this amounts to an abundance of knowledge that Justin is happy to apply to your next real estate transaction with real life insight and personal experience.
Todd Goulet, Agent + Property Management Specialist
Todd is a born and raised Montanan who have worked in the property management market for over 30 years.
He owns 4G Property Management in Belgrade, MT and is a co founding partner of 4GF Property Management in Great Falls, MT. Todd knows a lot about the ins and outs of residential homes and can tell you want to watch out on an inspection, give you pointers on preventative maintenance, and above all communicate with you in a caring and patient manner regardless of the circumstance.
Todd is an investor and has great experience in managing commercial, recreational, and residential properties. Todd and his wife Tracey enjoy taking advantage of the many things the state has to offer with their family and friends.
